people keep noticing my scars and its starting to get to me pretty badly. i cringe when i look into the mirror and see the marks and i fear that they won't go away any time soon. it just makes me feel so ugly. sure, call me superficial, but it matters a whole lot to me. growing up, i've never scratched mosquito bits for fear of scaring my arms or legs. i've always taken considerable care of them and this just had to happen to me.
now i think twice about wear tank tops or spags or tube dresses, when i never used to have to think at all. now it matters where i stand in pictures, and its obvious when i forget about it even for a second. maybe people would now refer to me as 'the girl with the ugly scar' ;-(
